Led by Carol Reichert at The Ruins at Sassafras Museum, 194 Darrow Road. Please park in the field across the Street. The walk will take participants past the Shaker Chair Factory and the foundations of various Shaker buildings. Will be crossing fields with gorgeous viewscapes.
The town and local businesses supply hamburgers, hot dogs, corn, watermelon and soft drinks. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share with your neighbors. Roaring 20’s will have beer and wine for sale. We’ll also have a bounce house too! We could use some face painters and helpful volunteers.
Led by Bruce Shenker. Details to follow. Tour the Shaker Swamp trails led by members of the Shaker Swamp Conservancy. This was last year’s best attended walk, we had a beautiful day. It is a steep downhill and uphill ramble, with muddy sections. About 2 hours.

Meet at the Stockport Boat Launch, 1 Station Road, Hudson, NY RSVP: [email protected] It’s a 45 minute drive from most of New Lebanon. We chose the time based on the tides. We’ll paddle around on the Stockport Creek, next to the Hudson. There’s lots to see, including herons and eagles.

Watch Back to the Future at the Shatford Pavilion, 170 Old Post Road. Popcorn and soft drinks will be provided. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
