ARPA FUNDS SURVEY:
ARPA is short for the 2021 American Rescue Plan Act passed by the federal government to provide direct relief to towns in the US. New Lebanon will receive a total of $220,717.28 in ARPA funds. The original intent of these funds was to address negative impacts of COVID on towns and its residents & businesses. In the beginning there were strict guidelines on what the money could be spent on but now it can be spent on almost any governmental expense.  The town government in New Lebanon wants to hear from each and every resident as to how you would like these funds spent. We came up with some ideas broken into short term and long term spending categories. We also left a spot at the bottom for you to share other ideas you have on how the money should be spent.
