Shaker Swamp Walk – led by Bruce Shenker

The GPS address is 110 Darrow Road. Parking is behind the Dairy Barn, the large white building. There will be signs directing you to the right spot.

It is a steep downhill and steep uphill ramble which will take about 2 hours, with muddy sections and uneven footing. Please wear hiking boots (we almost lost a sneaker to the swamp last year). Bring hiking poles if you have them. This was last year’s best attended walk, we had a beautiful day.
Thanks to the Darrow School for allowing us to park on campus and to walk on their fields and trails. Thanks to our tour guides; we’re being led by members of the Shaker Swamp Conservancy.
