TOWN OF NEW LEBANON-MOUNT LEBANON
HISTORIC DISTRICT ZONING PROPOSAL
PUBLIC INPUT SESSION
TOWN OF NEW LEBANON
COUNTY OF COLUMBIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TOWN OF NEW LEBANON’S Zoning Rewrite
Committee and the Shaker Preservation Committee will be having two public input
sessions on the Town of New Lebanon-Mount Lebanon Historic District Zoning
Proposal to provide information and seek input from the public on a proposal to
adopt a new zoning law specific for the Mount Lebanon Historic District (the Shaker
Village).
The meetings will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 10:00am, and
Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 6:30pm. The meetings will be held at the Town
Hall, 14755 State Route 22, New Lebanon, NY 12125 and live streamed
on Town Hall Streams.
Members of the Zoning Rewrite Committee and the Shaker Preservation Committee
will present an overview of the proposal, listen to comments, and answer questions.

If you cannot make the meeting in person, it can be viewed live
at www.townhallstreams.com/towns/new_lebanon_ny and the recording will be
available to view after the meeting as well.
