NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE TOWN BOARD TOWN OF NEW LEBANON COUNTY OF COLUMBIA
AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE TOWN OF
NEW LEBANON AND THE CHATHAM RESCUE SQUAD FOR THE 2026 CALENDAR YEAR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board has proposed an entry into an
Agreement to Provide Emergency Medical Services with Chatham Rescue Squad
(CRS) for the 2026 calendar year, inclusive of the use of apparatus and equipment
necessary therefor, for the sum of $116,692, as a chargeback through Columbia
County. A copy of said Agreement to Provide Emergency Services is available for
public review in the office of the New Lebanon Town Clerk during regular office
hours and is available on the town website at www.townofnewlebanon.com.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing upon said Agreement to
Provide Emergency Medical Services between the Chatham Rescue Squad and the
Town of New Lebanon for the 2026 calendar year will be held on the 9th day of
December 2025, at 5:55 p.m. at the New Lebanon Town Hall, 14755 State Route 22,
New Lebanon, NY and that an opportunity to be heard will be given to those
favoring or opposing the proposed contract.
Participation by the public will be in person at the New Lebanon Town Hall, 14755
State Route 22, New Lebanon, NY, 12125 with members of the public also being able to
