Subject to permissive referendum.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of New Lebanon,
Columbia County, New York, at a special meeting held on October 20, 2025, duly
adopted, subject to permissive referendum, a resolution, an abstract of which is as
follows:
RESOLUTION NUMBER 30 OF 2025,
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE FROM EQUIPMENT CAPITAL RESERVE FUND FOR PURCHASE OF T770 T4 BOBCAT COMPACT TRACK LOADER, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM.
The Town Board of the Town of New Lebanon, duly convened in special session, duly
adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 6-c of the New York General Municipal Law
authorizing the total expenditure of up to $85,000 from the Town of New Lebanon
Equipment Capital Reserve Fund, towards the acquisition of a T770 T4 Bobcat Compact
Track Loader with accessories thereto (the “Equipment”), such amount to be paid as and
when due, upon audit and approval of an itemized voucher for such Equipment presented
to the Town Board, accompanied by a statement of the Highway Superintendent
approving payment therefor and stating that the subject Equipment has actually been
delivered.
Said Resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum.
