Town urges residents to file complaints on Charter/Spectrum

NEW LEBANON — New Lebanon Town officials are encouraging residents to file complaints with the New York State Public Service Commission regarding poor customer service from Charter/Spectrum. Town officials have received numerous complaints from Charter/Spectrum customers regarding their experiences with Charter/Spectrum customer service.

Customers can file complaints at the New York State Public Service Commission’s website or by calling 1-800-342-3377.

The town is also urging customers to contact representatives of the company: Kevin Egan at Kevin.Egan@charter.com and Michael Chowaniec at Michael.Chowaniec@charter.com.
